I’m a Teacher ❯This student-led activity connects students with a diverse range of engineers from different specialisms and backgrounds.
It’s a moderated, flexible activity, that is safe, secure and easy to use. It’s suitable for ages from 10 to 18.
Students can:
- Read profiles of engineers working in different careers
- Chat with engineers in 30 minute energetic text-based online Chats, giving them a 1:1 personal experience
- Ask in depth follow-up questions
- Vote for their favourite engineer

- Answer their questions about you, your work, your salary, or any other topic – from robots to pizza toppings!
The activity is flexible and works around your schedule – you choose to take part at times that suit you over the activity.
Who can apply? All professionals working in fields related to STEM (science, technology, engineering and maths) are welcome to apply.
- You could be working in industry, academia or the public sector
- You could be a technician, an apprentice, or in roles like comms or management
